Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests made within 7 days of a first charge are reviewed by email at support@asoclimb.com.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Account → Plan & billing, then manage your subscription and cancel. If you cannot access your account, email support@asoclimb.com from the address used for your subscription.
Request a refund review
Email support@asoclimb.com within 7 days of your first charge. Include your account email and the reason for your request. A request is reviewed individually and is not an automatic refund. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
